Please take this as my statement for the steps I intend to take to promote the licensing objectives’

Use the Think 25 policy at all times.

Have cctv installed in the premises.

No alcohol or poster advertising that alcohol is available will be displayed in the window.

We will only allow people that are to be seated in café into the premises after 5pm, all others will be excluded.

We will be operating as a café, only people that are seated will served alcohol by a waitress and substantial food will be available at all times.
